Indian PM Received Global Energy and Environment Leadership Award by CERAWeek
On the 5th of March, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi received the CERAWeek Global Energy and Environment Leadership Award. Prime Minister Modi delivered a keynote address at the CERAWeek (Cambridge Energy Research Associates Week) at around 7 pm IST via a video conference.
To all of you who don’t know about CERAWeek, it was founded by Dr. Daniel Yergin in the year 1983. Form 1983 it’s considered as one of the most premium annual energy platforms. Every year in the month of March it is organized in Huston. This year, because of the COVID19, it is organized virtually.
Narendra Modi is recognized as a global leader and his foreign policies have been upfront to lead the world towards a sustainable future. Seeing this he is awarded by CERAWeek as the Global Energy and Environment Leader. This award was instituted in 2016.
